What you will do
- Own the customer marketing strategy and roadmap focused on cross-sell and upsell growth.
- Build an account-based expansion framework based on customer segmentation, product adoption, and growth potential.
- Design and launch targeted expansion campaigns via lifecycle emails, digital touchpoints, webinars, and direct outreach.
- Analyze customer usage signals, intent data, and pipeline data to identify and prioritize expansion opportunities.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and RevOps to align messaging and execution of revenue-driving plays.
- Leverage AI tools to improve campaign personalization and program efficiency at scale.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, specifically in customer, lifecycle, or ABM roles.
- Proven track record of driving cross-sell and upsell revenue within a SaaS or recurring-revenue business.
- Strong operational skillset with CRM, marketing automation, BI tools, and customer data platforms.
- Ability to operate as a senior individual contributor, balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Comfort with and willingness to use AI tools to maximize impact and efficiency.
Nice to have
- Experience in a high-growth SaaS or cloud technology company.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, AVD, or Windows 365 ecosystems.
- Experience with intent platforms such as 6sense, Gainsight, or Totango.
- Proficiency with HubSpot and Salesforce.
