Salary: $130,000 - $150,000 per year

What you will do

  • Own the customer marketing strategy and roadmap focused on cross-sell and upsell growth.
  • Build an account-based expansion framework based on customer segmentation, product adoption, and growth potential.
  • Design and launch targeted expansion campaigns via lifecycle emails, digital touchpoints, webinars, and direct outreach.
  • Analyze customer usage signals, intent data, and pipeline data to identify and prioritize expansion opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and RevOps to align messaging and execution of revenue-driving plays.
  • Leverage AI tools to improve campaign personalization and program efficiency at scale.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, specifically in customer, lifecycle, or ABM roles.
  • Proven track record of driving cross-sell and upsell revenue within a SaaS or recurring-revenue business.
  • Strong operational skillset with CRM, marketing automation, BI tools, and customer data platforms.
  • Ability to operate as a senior individual contributor, balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Comfort with and willingness to use AI tools to maximize impact and efficiency.

Nice to have

  • Experience in a high-growth SaaS or cloud technology company.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, AVD, or Windows 365 ecosystems.
  • Experience with intent platforms such as 6sense, Gainsight, or Totango.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot and Salesforce.
