Location: Hybrid. Must be based in or able to relocate to Seven Hills, OH; Blue Ash, OH; Bloomington, MN; or Columbus, OH (USA).
Salary: $142,086 - $237,279

What you will do
- Lead the planning, modeling, and design of stormwater improvements, including open channels and sewer systems.
- Design green infrastructure, sustainable watershed measures, and flood mitigation improvements such as dams and levees.
- Manage erosion and sediment control planning and develop Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP).
- Oversee regulatory compliance and permitting efforts for USACE, FEMA, and other environmental agencies.
- Drive business development and build client relationships to grow the water resources practice in the US.
- Provide technical mentorship and supervise early-career engineering professionals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited program.
- Minimum 11 years of related work experience in water resources planning and design.
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) certification.
- Proficiency with HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, EPA/XP-SWMM, InfoWorks, EFDC, CFD, or ArcGIS.
- Experience with regulatory requirements and driving client-facing business development.
