What you will do

• Source and engage talent for corporate functions (HR, Finance, IT, Marketing, Operations) and specialized BIM Design roles.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Handshake, and Indeed.
• Execute outreach strategies to attract passive candidates in competitive markets.
• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from initial sourcing through to the offer stage.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and align on candidate profiles.
• Provide market insights regarding talent availability and compensation trends.

Requirements

• 4+ years of recruiting experience with a focus on corporate or functional roles.
• Experience using recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Handshake, or Indeed.
• Strong sourcing skills and the ability to engage passive candidates.
• Experience working within a matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders.
• Must be based in the United States.
