BIM Technician (Engineering)

What you will do

• Set up and maintain AutoCAD and Revit projects according to firm standards and BIM execution plans.
• Maintain Revit models for all disciplines, ensuring strict adherence to company standards.
• Manage weekly model sharing, including downloading, uploading, and applying updates.
• Lead model clash detection meetings to assist team members in solving conflicts.
• Provide technical support and system training for employees in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Create and modify Revit content and families for use in firm models.

Requirements

• Technical School, Community College, or Associate's Degree in Revit and AutoCAD.
• At least 2 years of experience with Revit and AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a multi-discipline team.
