What you will do

• Lead setup and daily management of Revit BIM models aligned with firm and client standards.
• Coordinate 3D models using Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD to identify and resolve clashes across disciplines.
• Produce detailed 2D construction drawings and specifications from engineer markups.
• Estimate modeling and design hours based on project scope.
• Ensure quality control, consistency, and compliance with codes throughout the design lifecycle.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of Revit BIM design experience and proficiency with Navisworks.
• Minimum 3 years in telecommunications systems design and construction industry.
• Foundational understanding of wiring/cabling connections, codes, standards, and construction specifications.
• Familiarity with Bluebeam or similar markup tools; strong communication and learning agility.

Nice to have

• 4+ years of Revit MEP design experience.
• Background in semiconductor or advanced facilities.
• Experience with paging, intercom, AV systems, life safety, security (fire alarm, access control, CCTV).
• Knowledge of control systems, network components, and topology.
