What you will do

• Define and own the GTM strategy for the agentic developer platform, including AI Agents and MCP-native tooling.
• Build and scale a vibrant developer community through programs, forums, hackathons, and ambassador networks.
• Oversee the developer content strategy, including documentation, tutorials, and API references, to enable faster shipping.
• Lead cross-functional developer launches and track success metrics like API activations and ecosystem contributions.
• Represent the brand at AI summits and developer conferences through speaking, sponsorships, and workshops.

Requirements

• 8-10+ years of experience in developer marketing, DevRel, or technical product marketing, ideally in AI or developer platforms.
• Deep understanding of how developers discover and adopt AI-native tooling and APIs.
• Technical fluency to engage with APIs, SDKs, and MCP-style integrations and articulate architectural trade-offs.
• Proven track record of building developer communities and scaling ecosystems from the ground up.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience building with LLMs or agentic frameworks (e.g., AutoGen, Claude, OpenAI Agents SDK).
• Background in web hosting, SMB platforms, or developer infrastructure products.
• Experience with developer-focused acquisition channels like GitHub, Hacker News, and Discord.
• MBA or advanced technical degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
