What you will do

  • Support engineering teams from concept design through implementation and testing to ensure deliverables meet customer standards.
  • Manage project startup activities, including the preparation of meeting minutes and project file maintenance.
  • Handle Construction Administration duties, such as processing Requests for Information (RFIs) and design submittals.
  • Interface with external contractors and owners to maintain clear and timely communication.
  • Develop project schedules and budgets, tracking progress against key milestones and deadlines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field.
  • 3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or Project Manager in facility design.
  • Proficiency in engineering tools for scheduling, budget tracking, and meeting management.
  • Must be based in or able to work on-site in Charlotte, NC.
  • Experience in commercial, healthcare, federal, municipal, or state industries.
