What you will do

• Lead the full project lifecycle from inception to completion, handling logistics, client interaction, and billing.
• Coordinate with IT and AV engineering teams to ensure resources meet project deadlines and technical specifications.
• Manage the purchasing process and track equipment delivery to maintain the project schedule.
• Oversee site supervision, technician allocation, and field logistics for on-site project execution.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and sales leads to manage project costs and status reporting.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to Associate Project Managers and Project Coordinators.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA (specifically Ohio).
• 5+ years of professional Project Management experience.
• 4-year college degree with a concentration in project management, business, or a technical field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and the Microsoft productivity suite.
• Strong knowledge of AV, IT, and construction integration practices and standards.
• Excellent communication skills for internal and external stakeholder management.

Nice to have

• CTS or other AV-specific certifications.
• SPMP Certification.
• Experience with international logistics and AV integration.
• Proven experience in budgeting and estimation.
