What you will do

• Lead the design and delivery of plumbing and fire protection systems across all project phases.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and quality oversight to design staff.
• Design domestic water, sanitary, storm, and specialty piping systems.
• Coordinate sprinkler and standpipe systems and perform fire protection hydraulic calculations.
• Develop construction documents using Autodesk Revit and ensure coordination with other building systems.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and authorities having jurisdiction (AHJs) to resolve technical and code issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or BSMET.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in consulting engineering.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and fire protection hydraulic calculation software.
• Must be a US Citizen.
• Strong knowledge of state and national plumbing and fire protection codes.

Nice to have

• Professional Engineer (PE) or Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification.
• LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP).
