What you will do

• Lead MEP project management and business development activities to grow the Boise market.
• Plan project activities, schedule resources, and ensure designs meet reliability and uptime standards.
• Execute strategic growth initiatives in Advanced Manufacturing, Data Centers, and Defense markets.
• Manage client relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee proposal writing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional business units to pursue large-scale architectural and contractor clients.
• Mentor junior engineering and project staff in soft skills and project life cycle logistics.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in the Construction Industry (consulting preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in Design/Build and Industrial market sectors.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
• Experience with Business Intelligence and Analytics.
• Professional Engineer (PE) certification preferred.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly in Boise, ID.
