Project Quality Manager

TL;DR

Project Quality Manager: Implementing the Quality Management System (QMS) for EPC and services projects with an accent on quality planning, assessments, and supplier evaluations. Location: Overland Park, KS or Ann Arbor, MI, US. Hybrid or flexible work options may be offered after the first 90 days based on manager discretion. Relocation not eligible. No visa sponsorship. Periodic travel required.

What you will do

• Plan, develop, implement, monitor, and maintain project quality plans for 1 large EPC project or several services projects.
• Collaborate with other Project Quality Managers on multi-location projects.
• Conduct quality assessments of procedures, documents, suppliers, and subcontractors; identify non-conformances and implement corrective actions.
• Review purchase orders and ensure quality requirements are met before contract awards.
• Assist project teams with quality processes including CARs, PARs, lessons learned, and deviations.
• Participate in QMS training development and delivery for project personnel.

Requirements

• 4-year degree in Engineering, Management, Quality, or Business.
• Minimum 4-6 years in a quality-related role.
• Complete pre-employment onboarding: background check, drug screen, motor vehicle records search.
• Act as lead on quality issues; periodic travel and additional work hours may be required.
