Project Manager (Advanced Power Generation)

Project Manager (Advanced Power Generation): Manages all aspects of medium to large Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC)/Service projects with an accent on risk to cost, schedule, quality, performance, financial metrics, planning, contractual compliance, safety, and client satisfaction. Focus on successful execution of contracted scope, staffing projects, leading multi-discipline teams, coordinating engineering, procurement, construction, and startup activities including third-party contributions.

What you will do

• Manage medium to large engineering projects involving multiple clients or partners, or small EPC projects with minimal risk.
• Manage multiple Services clients or a small EPC project client.
• Obtain new/repeat business on medium to large size projects; support contract negotiations.
• Manage risk including fixed price, new technology, non-domestic markets, or new clients.
• Provide successful staffing of the project and lead multi-discipline professional teams.
• Coordinate and integrate engineering, procurement, construction, and startup activities with third-party companies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to complete pre-employment onboarding: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, motor vehicle records search.
• Work in typical office and construction environments, including extreme weather, high noise, safety hazards, and physical demands like lifting up to 40 pounds.

Nice to have

• 15+ years of experience in Engineering, Construction, or Project Management.
• Previous EPC experience in Power Industry / Gas Fired Technology.
