What you will do
- Acquire new high-quality clients via outbound hunting and grow revenue through cross-sell and upsell strategies.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and closing.
- Identify and target mid-to-large businesses and later-stage venture-backed startups.
- Provide actionable feedback to product and engineering teams to enhance platform features.
- Collaborate with marketing and customer success to improve conversion rates and client materials.
- Partner with Country and Regional Managers to exceed quota targets.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development within SaaS or Financial Services.
- Existing network of transferable B2B relationships with mid-to-large businesses is a must.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, Hubspot, or Pipedrive) and AI tools.
- Proficiency in sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, SPIN, or Challenger.
- Demonstrated success closing complex deals with C-level executives (CFOs, founders).

- Experience in fast-growing startups, fintech, or payments.
- Knowledge of cross-border payments and stablecoins.
