TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in São Paulo, Brazil (office attendance required 3 days/week).

What you will do

  • Acquire new high-quality clients via outbound hunting and grow revenue through cross-sell and upsell strategies.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and closing.
  • Identify and target mid-to-large businesses and later-stage venture-backed startups.
  • Provide actionable feedback to product and engineering teams to enhance platform features.
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer success to improve conversion rates and client materials.
  • Partner with Country and Regional Managers to exceed quota targets.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development within SaaS or Financial Services.
  • Existing network of transferable B2B relationships with mid-to-large businesses is a must.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, Hubspot, or Pipedrive) and AI tools.
  • Proficiency in sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, SPIN, or Challenger.
  • Demonstrated success closing complex deals with C-level executives (CFOs, founders).

Nice to have

  • Experience in fast-growing startups, fintech, or payments.
  • Knowledge of cross-border payments and stablecoins.
