What you will do

• Support sales team CRM processes including research, preparation, presentations, and lead distribution
• Ensure accurate customer setups, fulfillment, billing, quotes, contracts, and invoice verification
• Manage sales pipeline in Salesforce and assist with TOTVS ERP for payments
• Conduct sales operations planning and analyze performance with weekly reports for LATAM Director
• Verify public agencies contract renewals and suggest efficiency improvements

Requirements

• Fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish
• Proven customer service in customer-focused environment
• Experience in order processing, accounts control, or sales/order coordination
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational, time management, attention to detail, and multitasking skills
• Strong interpersonal/communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced setting
