What you will do

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of small and medium-sized commercial partners to ensure engagement and success.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners to expand market reach.
  • Drive revenue growth by aligning partner performance with business objectives.
  • Execute sales forecasts and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Provide partners with necessary training, tools, and commercial strategies to increase effectiveness.
  • Analyze partner performance and implement strategic improvements to maximize results.

Requirements

  • Prior experience with channel sales and indirect sales models, preferably in SaaS, brokers, or corporate benefits sectors.
  • Solid understanding of the sales process and the channel partner ecosystem.
  • Advanced English proficiency is mandatory.
  • Must be based in São Paulo, Brazil for a hybrid work arrangement.
  • Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and thrive in fast-paced environments.
