Salary: $95,000 - $115,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Serve as a trusted advisor to Services leaders on organizational and team member matters.
• Design and implement scalable HR processes to support growth and consistency.
• Manage the team member lifecycle, including onboarding and candidate experience.
• Handle employee relations and provide guidance on employment laws and compliance.
• Coach leaders through performance management and development conversations.
• Collaborate with Recruiting, Payroll, and Finance on cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Proven experience in employee relations, talent management, and compliance.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and build processes from the ground up.
