What you will do

• Act as the primary liaison between technology teams, internal stakeholders, and third-party vendors during testing phases.
• Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases to validate system functionality.
• Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and document results, issues, and recommendations.
• Track and manage defects and enhancement requests using JIRA.
• Collaborate with the training department to update SOPs, workflows, and company announcements.
• Validate implemented changes in production and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in the mortgage industry.
• Experience with Encompass LOS.
• Deep knowledge of overall mortgage workflows and agency guidelines.
• Understanding of compliance and disclosure requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Nice to have

• Experience with JIRA.
