What you will do

• Analyze large datasets to identify defect trends and perform deep-dive root cause analysis.
• Design and execute complex audit test scripts to ensure procedural accuracy and compliance.
• Manage the defect management lifecycle and implement corrective action plans using Lean Six Sigma.
• Act as the primary QA contact for external departments and lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Onboard and train team members on QA methodology and audit compliance.
• Assess operational risk across business units to ensure adherence to compliance requirements.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in data analysis.
• Strong background in QA within financial services or mortgage lending (highly preferred).
• Proficiency in DB Visualizer, advanced Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma frameworks and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) techniques.
• Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Must be based in or able to work in Dallas, TX.
