What you will do

• Execute manual, exploratory, feature, and regression testing across distributed systems.
• Create high-quality test cases, test plans, and maintain traceability.
• Validate backend data using SQL Server Management Studio and verify file integrations.
• Reproduce and validate customer-reported issues and provide front-line support for hot fixes.
• Coordinate with automation engineers to develop tests and learn AI-driven automation tools.
• Demo new features and fixes to Compliance, Customer, and Product teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in Egypt
• Strong manual testing experience
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to test complex workflows
• Proficiency in SQL for backend data validation

• Experience in the Mortgage or FinTech industry
