What you will do

• Assess member financial profiles to recommend suitable mortgage solutions that align with their goals.
• Manage the end-to-end loan pipeline from application through closing with accuracy and urgency.
• Develop and nurture referral networks with real estate agents, builders, and community influencers.
• Use automated underwriting systems (AUS) to analyze loan scenarios and resolve potential issues.
• Collaborate with underwriting, processing, and closing teams to ensure efficient loan funding.
• Maintain full compliance with federal, state, investor, and SAFE Act requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 3 years of mortgage loan sales experience.
• Proven ability to self-generate $20 million or more in annual mortgage volume.
• Must be based in the Greater Puget Sound area (Washington).
