What you will do

• Manage end-to-end field compensation programs, covering design, strategic analysis, and regulatory compliance.
• Perform financial analysis and modeling to optimize program governance and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with financial consultants, regional heads, and executive leadership to advise on and communicate compensation programs.
• Define business requirements and execute testing to support technology delivery of compensation systems.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying and implementing innovative enhancements to practices and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or a High School diploma combined with 10+ years of financial analysis experience.
• 5+ years of professional financial experience.
• 4+ years of experience with Microsoft Office, with advanced proficiency in Excel (VLookups, Pivot Tables, Basic Logic).
• 3+ years of experience developing insights and presenting them to leadership to drive decision-making.
• Must be based in or able to work from Springfield, Massachusetts.

Nice to have

• 7+ years of experience specifically within financial services.
• 2+ years of experience working with field sales teams or general agency systems.
• Knowledge of the hirify.global career agency system, products, and SIERA reporting system.
• Basic accounting knowledge.
