Processor - Hybrid (Home Equity Investment)

Location: San Diego, United States; hybrid schedule with onsite work required Tuesday through Thursday and remote work available Mondays and Fridays

Compensation: $94,000+ on-target earnings per year, including an hourly base and uncapped monthly commissions.

What you will do

• Review homeowner applications and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Communicate with homeowners, teammates, and third-party vendors to clarify file requirements and obtain missing documentation.
• Order and review title reports, valuations, credit reports, and other third-party information.
• Prepare complete, accurate files for underwriter review and advance condition items through closing.
• Manage and prioritize a pipeline of homeowners across approval and funding stages.
• Work cross-functionally to deliver a seamless experience while meeting or exceeding production and performance targets.

Requirements

• 3+ years of loan processing experience.
• Experience with a robust CRM such as Salesforce.
• Experience working with mortgage and real estate vendors, including title, valuation, and credit providers.
• High-volume customer contact experience with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to solve problems independently, prioritize workloads, meet deadlines, and escalate appropriately.
• Must be based in or able to commute to the San Diego office and work onsite Tuesday through Thursday.
