What you will do
- Manage client onboarding and account management activities across sales territories, channels, and client types
- Serve as key point of contact for service, sales, and advisors during onboarding, maintenance, and lifecycle processes
- Coordinate with Sales, Portfolio Management, Product Management, Oversight, and Legal/Compliance
- Perform due diligence on new and existing third-party distributors and intermediaries
- Assist with CIP, KYC, and client lifecycle processes
- Handle ad hoc tasks including red flag reviews, dealer terminations, and report monitoring
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 0–3 years of relevant client service experience in financial services
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
