What you will do

• Execute learning strategies to support organizational objectives and improve employee performance.
• Partner with project teams during system implementations and process changes to identify training requirements.
• Conduct needs assessments and capability gap analyses, specifically for Service Operations.
• Collaborate with instructional designers to create new training content for identified gaps.
• Design and coordinate learning experiences across multiple modalities, including in-person, virtual, on-demand, and microlearning.
• Develop and facilitate development programs for first-time managers and emerging leaders.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of corporate training experience.
• Proven expertise in Facilitation and Instructional Design.
• Experience supporting large-scale training initiatives and conducting gap analyses.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• US Work Authorization required (no sponsorship provided).
