Compensation: $50,000 - $55,000

What you will do

  • Facilitate and continuously refine new-hire onboarding programs to prepare agents for live production calls.
  • Create, update, and maintain training materials aligned with business objectives and strategies.
  • Collaborate with leadership and SMEs to translate product updates and regulatory requirements into engaging training.
  • Deliver complex content using multi-modal, learner-centered training methods.
  • Maintain LMS content, structured learning paths, and knowledge base documentation.
  • Track and measure training effectiveness using KPIs to identify and resolve knowledge gaps.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced call center or operations environment.
  • Basic understanding of learning design and adult learning methodology.
  • Strong public speaking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
