What you will do
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business processes, product updates, and priorities into engaging training materials and Knowledge Base content.
- Design and facilitate new hire and ongoing learning programs using multi-modal methods for front-line staff.
- Manage LMS usage, develop structured learning paths, and ensure high-quality training delivery.
- Measure training effectiveness via KPIs, provide coaching to agents and managers.
- Communicate process and policy updates across support channels.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or 2+ years in fast-paced operations/call center environment.
- Basic understanding of learning design, adult learning methodology, and facilitation practices.
- Strong public speaking, communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms; comfortable with new tools.
- Effective at managing priorities and cross-functional collaboration; excellent time management and interpersonal skills.
- Multi-channel support experience preferred.
