What you will do

• Develop and implement technical training programs, courses, and catalogs to support company or client initiatives.
• Create and maintain instructor and student materials, including course outlines, manuals, and workbooks.
• Plan and coordinate training events, including scheduling personnel, facilities, and conducting workshops.
• Collaborate with technical rollout teams during pilot sessions to test and collect user feedback.
• Maintain training environments, databases, and system documentation to ensure accuracy and alignment with software upgrades.
• Build and maintain relationships with external training vendors and research industry trends.

Requirements

• Active Secret Clearance is required.
• DoD 8570 / 8140 IAT Level II certification is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in applying technical standards to training or operational support.
• Proficiency in translating complex technical information into accessible training materials.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills for managing multiple simultaneous events.

Nice to have

• Experience administering learning management systems (LMS).
• Familiarity with software testing, pilot program support, or user-acceptance testing (UAT).
• Knowledge of adult learning principles or instructional design best practices.
• Proficiency with tools for data tracking and reporting.
