What you will do

• Analyze and decision appraisal reports in accordance with agency and investor guidelines.
• Perform comprehensive collateral reviews to meet service level expectations.
• Manage the pipeline and communicate issues to Appraisers, Processors, and Originators.
• Stay current on all agency and investor underwriting policies and updates.
• Collaborate with the Post Closing Department regarding stipulations for closed files.

Requirements

• 3 years of mortgage underwriting experience.
• Working knowledge of agency and investor underwriting policies.
• Authorization to work in the USA.
• Advanced analytical, prioritization, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Previous experience specifically in collateral underwriting.
