What you will do

• Manage insurance renewals by gathering, reviewing, and updating client information.
• Process policy endorsements including additions, modifications, and deletions.
• Perform quality control on completed renewals and endorsements to ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Act as a primary point of contact for agents and brokers to resolve low-complexity issues.
• Monitor policy support mailboxes and manage assigned workflows.
• Coordinate with internal teams to research and complete business transactions.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• US Work Authorization required; no visa sponsorship provided.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in underwriting support preferred.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
