What you will do

• Drive eCommerce trading, sales, and growth strategy for SME-focused B2B SaaS products.
• Increase sales growth through new customer acquisition and upselling the existing installed base.
• Partner with the Digital Experience team to optimize user experience and boost onsite conversion.
• Collaborate with marketing leads to optimize PPC, Social media, SEO, Affiliates, and Email channels.
• Lead digital Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives for major product changes across cross-functional teams.
• Deliver performance tracking, insightful reporting, and data-driven forecasts to executives.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in category management and business strategy, ideally in international D2C or B2B eCommerce.
• Proven track record of owning and contributing significantly to P&L performance.
• Deep understanding of eCommerce platforms, analytics, and digital marketing tools.
• Impeccable English proficiency for effective communication in an international environment.
• Relevant 4-year undergraduate degree from an accredited university.
• Must be based in Lisbon, Portugal.
