• Own both the user experience and the economics of the core marketplace journey.
• Drive key metrics including supply growth, conversion, and revenue.
• Shape overall strategy in collaboration with product, pricing, and commercial teams.
• Enhance user satisfaction while optimizing monetization levers.

• Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager.
• Expertise in growth and monetization strategies.
• Must be based in Poland, Romania, or Portugal.
