What you will do

• Lead and develop a cross-functional team of copywriters and SEO & content managers.
• Own the website strategy and product roadmap, acting as Product Owner in an agile environment.
• Manage the external digital agency, including briefing, coordination, and quality assurance.
• Oversee the website tech stack (CMS, integrations) and ensure technical scalability and security.
• Define and track website measurement frameworks and KPIs using GA4 and GTM.
• Coordinate a high volume of content to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and legal requirements.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in website management or digital product ownership, preferably in B2B.
• Proven experience in people management and leading agile teams.
• Strong understanding of web architecture, CMS concepts, APIs, and front-end basics.
• Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and event/conversion tracking.
• Solid knowledge of SEO (technical and content) and UX/UI principles.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
