Focus on managing the SDK lifecycle, ensuring backward compatibility, and optimizing integration speed for enterprise customers.

Location: Hybrid - Lisbon, Portugal. Must be legally authorized to work in the EU.

What you will do

• Define and evolve the long-term strategy for Mobile and Web SDKs, balancing innovation with stability.
• Partner with Engineering to ensure SDKs meet enterprise-grade standards for reliability, performance, and scale.
• Drive improvements in developer productivity, integration speed, and time-to-value for customers.
• Manage the SDK lifecycle, including versioning strategy, backward compatibility, and deprecation planning.
• Act as the internal "voice of the customer" to define precise product requirements and specifications.
• Collaborate with Design, Customer Success, Marketing, and Sales to ship high-impact product features.

Requirements

• Experience as a Senior PM owning technically complex developer platforms (e.g., SDKs, APIs).
• Proven ability to partner deeply with engineering on technical tradeoffs and system design.
• Experience with mobile technologies, including native (iOS & Android) and cross-platform (React Native, Flutter).
• Background in supporting enterprise customers at scale, focusing on performance and reliability.
• Legally authorized to work in the EU.
• Fluency in English (verbal and written).

Nice to have

• Familiarity with user growth and engagement strategies.
• Experience using data analysis tools to derive product insights.
• Prior experience working in both B2B and B2C markets.
• Prior work or familiarity with the development of mobile and web applications.
