Location: Must operate within Pacific Time zone working hours to support the West Coast region

Salary: $125,000 - $150,000

What you will do

• Supervise Corporate Processing Team including coaching, training, and employee development.
• Manage team pipeline to ensure compliance with RESPA, TIL, HMDA, and Reg. B.
• Oversee file quality and turn times to meet company SLA requirements.
• Coordinate with onboarding branches to facilitate their transition to hirify.global.
• Collaborate with closing, secondary, and servicing departments to clear outstanding suspense items.
• Identify structural department needs and implement necessary changes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ residential mortgage processing experience.
• Previous Team Lead or Management experience.
• Strong knowledge of RESPA guidelines and mortgage/consumer lending regulations.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work within Pacific Time zone hours.
