What you will do

• Coordinate communication between Loan Officers, borrowers, real estate agents, and vendors to keep loan files moving.
• Manage loan pipelines, schedules, and critical deadlines to ensure timely closings.
• Collect and verify missing documentation and required information from borrowers.
• Enter and maintain client data within processing systems and pull credit reports.
• Generate pipeline and closed-loan summary reports for performance tracking.
• Ensure full compliance with company policies, security standards, and government regulations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 4+ years of experience in residential mortgage loan processing and/or underwriting.
• Experience with conventional and government loans for both purchase and refinance transactions.
• Must be based in WA, ID, OR, or CA.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Proven track record of supporting high-volume loan closings and funding.
• Deep understanding of FNMA, FHLMC, and government guidelines.
• Comfort with automated underwriting systems.
• Strong analytical skills regarding borrower credit and income documentation.
