Compliance Analyst (Fintech)

TL;DR

Compliance Analyst (Fintech): Reviewing and interpreting complex legal documents to ensure compliance for securitization trusts and preparing regulatory filings with an accent on SEC reporting. Focus on producing highly accurate Forms 10-D, ABS-EE, 10-K, and ABS-15G and managing Regulation AB audits.

Location: Hybrid (Fort Worth, TX). Must be based in the US; visa sponsorship is not provided.

What you will do

• Prepare monthly and annual SEC filings, including Forms 10-D, ABS-EE, 10-K, and ABS-15G.
• Manage the annual Regulation AB audit for one or more securitization platforms.
• Develop and maintain detailed procedures for all SEC filing requirements.
• Prepare annual Officer’s Certificates with minimal supervision.
• Analyze current market trends and developments in securitization regulation.

Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in a Compliance Analysis role.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Paralegal training.
• Knowledge of corporate finance and securitization compliance requirements.
• Experience with financial filing software and SEC reporting.
• Must be based in the US; visa sponsorship is not available.
