What you will do

• Source mortgage leads and build strategic business relationships with real estate agents and other referral sources.
• Analyze potential loan markets and develop networks to locate loan prospects.
• Evaluate applicants' financial status, credit, and property evaluations to determine loan feasibility.
• Generate and refine complete loan applications with all corresponding documentation.
• Collaborate with processing and underwriting teams to resolve mortgage application problems.
• Participate in lead-generating activities including closings, open houses, and CCM seminars.

Requirements

• NMLS License Required under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008.
• Experience with retail product philosophy, underwriting, procedures, and documentation.
• Proven experience proactively soliciting new business.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage products and programs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Advanced communication and collaboration skills.
