Hourly Rate: $22.60 - $25.00

What you will do

  • Complete Escrow Holdback Loan disbursement processes, send Borrower Welcome Packages, and verify fund holdings.
  • Review Closing Disclosures, appraisals, and reconcile itemizations for fund allocations and work requirements.
  • Monitor loan progress, authorize fund releases from municipalities and title companies, and manage daily borrower communications.
  • Interface with loan officers, branch reps, closers, title companies, municipalities, and contractors to facilitate close-outs.
  • Order inspections, collect W-9s, lien waivers, invoices, and reports to process disbursements within agency timeframes.
  • Maintain communication logs in Encompass and handle undeliverable loans including lock extensions.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 year of Mortgage Lending or Financial Industry experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of Encompass preferred.
  • Proficient in math and analytical skills.
  • Excellent professional communication, problem-solving, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • Experienced with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Windows.
