What you will do

• Prepare customized payroll plans and reconciliations for customers' payroll teams.
• Ensure accurate personalized payroll calculations on the hirify.global dashboard.
• Collaborate with leave specialists, sales, marketing, and engineering teams to optimize workflows.
• Assist customers' payroll teams with onboarding and setup of personalized payroll schedules.
• Provide product feedback and identify improvements for payroll software and integrations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in data-focused operations, payroll, accounting, or bookkeeping.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills, specifically with Excel functions and formulas.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for distilling complex information.
• Must be based in the United States.
