What you will do

• Schedule all loan officer appointments, including new leads and branch manager meetings.
• Manage the branch lead tracker and maintain the internal branch database.
• Provide clerical assistance to the Loan Processor, including document handling.
• Coordinate regular weekly face-to-face meetings based on branch metrics and operations.
• Attend branch events to support Loan Officers in building and maintaining clientele.
• Maintain branch-assigned checklists and files within established deadlines.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of residential mortgage processing experience.
• Proficiency with Encompass is required.
• Knowledge of RESPA and general mortgage/consumer lending regulations.
• Strong math, analytical, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in DU, LP, Microsoft Outlook, and Windows.
