What you will do

• Contact customers with accounts 90+ days past due to discuss payment options and resolve delinquencies.
• Utilize skip-tracing techniques to locate hard-to-reach customers and identify collateral locations.
• Negotiate tailored payment solutions to help customers bring their accounts current.
• Collaborate with repossession agents to recover collateral when required.
• Handle a high volume of calls efficiently in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Achieve monthly goals while maintaining quality, compliance, and professionalism.

Requirements

• 3+ years of backend subprime collections experience required.
• Auto collections experience required.
• Thorough understanding of state and federal collection laws, including the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).
• Strong skip-tracing knowledge and professional negotiation skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible schedule — ability to work overtime and weekends when needed.
