What you will do
- Establish governance routines to track project deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
- Oversee third-party vendors to ensure performance, SLA adherence, and quality of installations.
- Monitor deployment progress and provide status reporting to leadership.
- Validate, prioritize, and track infrastructure service requests.
- Partner with engineering and site stakeholders to align schedules and ensure successful cutovers.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to streamline request handling and deployment efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering.
- 3+ years of experience in IT service management, infrastructure operations, or project coordination.
- Familiarity with network services and infrastructure provisioning processes.
- Pre-Advanced English proficiency required (resumé must be submitted in English).
- Must be able to work onsite five days a week in Piracicaba, Brazil.
Nice to have
- ITIL Foundation or higher certification.
- Project management certifications.
- Experience with ITSM platforms like ServiceNow.
- Knowledge of network infrastructure (LAN/WLAN, WAN, hardware).
- Experience with financial tools like Coupa or NextGen.
