Corporate Processing Disclosure Specialist (Mortgage): Aids in generation, review, and distribution of mortgage loan application disclosures ensuring accuracy, data integrity, and compliance with TRID, ECOA, and other regulations. Focus on verifying documents, preparing early disclosure packages, monitoring loan files, and responding to inquiries from MLOs, processors, and support staff.

Location: United States (all 50 states, D.C., Puerto Rico)

Hourly Rate: $23.00 - $24.00

What you will do

• Assist in answering disclosure questions related to loan activities.
• Review, verify, and ensure mortgage loan disclosures are accurate and comply with regulation timelines.
• Prepare supporting documentation and deliver complete disclosure packages securely within federal timelines.
• Respond to inquiries from MLOs, support staff, and applicants while meeting service level agreements.
• Monitor and test loan files for compliance with TRID, ECOA, and other regulations.
• Maintain knowledge of federal regulations, adhere to standards, and complete required training.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in mortgage production or lending activities.
• Experience and understanding of state-specific disclosures.
• Experience with Encompass LOS.
• Understanding of TRID, mortgage disclosure formats, regulatory content, and timing requirements.
• Knowledge of banking regulations and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
