Open Market Project Manager - West Region

Location: Orlando, Florida, United States; hybrid remote/office. The role may be based in various locations across the United States.

Salary: $106,100–$151,600 annually, depending on location, experience, skills, certifications, and business needs.

What you will do

• Lead the full lifecycle of parts, repair, and outage projects for large steam turbine customers.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, resources, scope, quality, and performance objectives.
• Own project financials, including budgets, forecasts, cost control, invoicing, and compliance.
• Identify and mitigate risks affecting schedule, scope, quality, budget, or safe operations.
• Coordinate customers, internal stakeholders, field personnel, and vendor partners.
• Provide operational and maintenance solutions for complex power plant challenges while supporting efficiency and decarbonization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and directly related experience.
• At least 5 years of combined project management and field service experience in the power generation industry.
• Experience delivering complex, high-value projects for multiple customers while managing competing priorities.
• Strong customer-facing communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills, including senior leadership interaction.
• Knowledge of rotating power generation equipment and power plant operations.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.

Nice to have

• Willingness to obtain IMPA certification within 18 months of meeting all prerequisites.
