What you will do
- Define and execute infrastructure strategies, evaluate emerging technologies, and partner on platform roadmaps and modernization.
- Lead infrastructure engineering teams in network, server/cloud, M365, and endpoints; coach for technical depth and operational maturity.
- Own day-to-day reliability, incident response, and execution of ITSM processes; manage vendors and MSPs.
- Chair Architecture Review Board (ARB), enforce standards, validate designs, and escalate risks.
- Integrate acquisitions, manage lifecycle and technical debt, track KPIs, and collaborate with service delivery, cybersecurity, and IT leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years IT experience in enterprise infrastructure; 5+ years people leadership; 5+ years in infrastructure architecture/engineering/operations.
- Strong operational leadership; deep knowledge of networking, server/cloud, M365, endpoints; ITSM; vendor oversight.
- Ability to lead cross-domain architecture discussions.

- Experience with architecture review processes and enterprise frameworks.
- Work in regulated or manufacturing environments; customer/technical service organizations.
