Architectural Project Manager

Location: Remote from anywhere in the Philippines; AU/NZ business hours, Monday to Friday, 6:00AM to 3:00PM.

Salary: PHP65,000–PHP100,000 per month, flexible for more experienced candidates.

What you will do

• Lead architectural projects from concept design through construction completion.
• Coordinate architects, designers, consultants, engineers, clients, and other stakeholders across AU/NZ projects.
• Oversee architectural drawings, documentation, design outputs, and documentation control.
• Manage timelines, budgets, scope, deliverables, quality, and design consistency across multiple projects.
• Coordinate BIM workflows using Revit or ArchiCAD and resolve design and coordination issues.
• Support the transition from design to construction and ensure project requirements are met.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience working on Australian and/or New Zealand projects.
• Experience in architectural project management or senior architectural coordination.
• Strong understanding of Australian and New Zealand building codes, standards, and construction processes.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, or ArchiCAD, with BIM experience required.
• Strong leadership, coordination, stakeholder management, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Portfolio required; experience managing multiple projects in a remote setup is needed.
