Regional Commissioning Project Manager

TL;DR

Location: Remote (United States), up to 75% travel locally and nationally

Salary: $150,000 - $175,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, owners, and teams on commissioning projects.
• Develop scopes, fee proposals, plans, test scripts, and reports; conduct site visits, tests, and meetings.
• Manage project financials, schedules, invoicing, and issue resolution.
• Support business development, client relationships, and regional growth.
• Lead assigned team members: set expectations, provide feedback, handle performance, onboarding, and development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 15+ years in MEP construction, commissioning, and project management
• Professional Engineering (PE) license and Building Commissioning certification required
• Proven project management experience; ability to read construction drawings and financials
• Field experience preferred; knowledge of Building Automation Systems
• Physical ability to lift 30 lbs, climb stairs/ladders
• OSHA 10/30-hour and Project Management certifications preferred
