What you will do
- Collaborate with cross-functional account teams to execute high-impact consumer journeys and B2B initiatives.
- Develop and implement cross-channel programs aligned with customer journey moments and core business KPIs.
- Oversee the creation of marketing infrastructure, including emails, forms, landing pages, and reports.
- Manage data hygiene and integrations between marketing and sales platforms such as Hubspot, Salesforce, Marketo, or Pardot.
- Create custom multi-channel reports to define account success and identify efficiency improvements.
- Develop service narratives and business cases for new engagement opportunities to drive client success.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US or located in Colombia.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms, with a strong preference for Hubspot (workflows, list hygiene, lead scoring).
- 2+ years of B2B strategy experience, preferably in-house or at an agency.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing channels and Account Based Marketing (ABM) needs.
- Experience identifying new marketing channels and target audiences to deliver ROI-positive results.
- Comfortability with high-level collaboration and presentations, both internally and client-facing.
