hirify.global is a purchase data and technology company building a connected buy-side and sell-side ecosystem that leverages verified consumer behavior and AI to rebuild marketing on reality.

What you will do

  • Own HubSpot as the central system for marketing automation, campaign execution, and reporting.
  • Build and orchestrate multi-channel programs, including nurture sequences for specific buyer personas and product verticals.
  • Develop and optimize paid media campaigns on LinkedIn to improve conversion rates and deepen account relationships.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Sales to refine lead scoring models and routing logic.
  • Analyze performance data to connect marketing activities to pipeline generation and revenue outcomes.
  • Manage monthly newsletters and engagement programs for key agency and enterprise accounts.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation or digital marketing, preferably in SaaS or data/tech environments.
  • Strong proficiency in HubSpot, including workflows, lifecycle stages, and automation.
  • Experience working with Salesforce data and integrating it into HubSpot.
  • Strong analytical skills with a track record of analyzing revenue impact.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills to influence across teams.
  • Must be currently based in Chicago, IL or New York, NY.

  • Ability to build account-level engagement programs within agencies or partner ecosystems.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Google Slides, or other design tools.
