What you will do
- Own HubSpot as the central system for marketing automation, campaign execution, and reporting.
- Build and orchestrate multi-channel programs, including nurture sequences for specific buyer personas and product verticals.
- Develop and optimize paid media campaigns on LinkedIn to improve conversion rates and deepen account relationships.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing and Sales to refine lead scoring models and routing logic.
- Analyze performance data to connect marketing activities to pipeline generation and revenue outcomes.
- Manage monthly newsletters and engagement programs for key agency and enterprise accounts.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation or digital marketing, preferably in SaaS or data/tech environments.
- Strong proficiency in HubSpot, including workflows, lifecycle stages, and automation.
- Experience working with Salesforce data and integrating it into HubSpot.
- Strong analytical skills with a track record of analyzing revenue impact.
- Excellent project management and communication skills to influence across teams.
- Must be currently based in Chicago, IL or New York, NY.
