Location: Remote with preference for candidate to sit in the Northeast (US)

What you will do

• Lead creation, federation, and delivery of multidisciplinary 3D models for roads, rail, and utilities using ORD, OBD, MicroStation, and related tools.
• Integrate LiDAR, drone surveys, ContextCapture, surveyed topography, and SUE datasets into intelligent, clash-free models.
• Manage coordinate systems, surface layers, and utility quality levels for construction-ready deliverables.
• Perform advanced QA/QC, clash detection, metadata integration, and ensure compliance with client BIM Execution Plans.
• Mentor junior modelers, improve BIM workflows, and advance digital twin readiness in the Bentley ecosystem.

Requirements

• 10+ years in infrastructure BIM modeling, 6+ years leading large-scale civil/rail/utility projects
• Expert proficiency in OpenRoads Designer, OpenBuildings Designer, MicroStation Connect Edition, and iTwin Platform
• Proven ProjectWise integration for federated 3D models and data management
• Deep knowledge of surveying, SUE workflows, mapping standards, construction documents, and shop drawings
• Experience defining asset exchange requirements, integrating metadata, and adapting to client templates and coordinate systems

Nice to have

• Excel, Bluebeam Revu, Python scripting, or Bentley SDK for workflow automation
• Familiarity with Autodesk tools (ACC, Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks) and ArcGIS Pro
• Experience with OpenRails, OpenUtilities Designer, OpenGround, or Generative Design
• Proficiency in photogrammetry and reality capture technologies
