What you will do

• Support project management including order and document management, order preparation, and expediting.
• Provide technical and commercial sales support to Field Sales Organizations, Sales Offices, and end customers.
• Interpret customer requirements and specifications for valves, actuators, accessories, and shipping requirements.
• Review and process orders to ensure consistency with quotations and create clear demand requirements in the order management system.
• Coordinate source inspections, customer status reporting, and global drop ship requirements, including US government regulations for global logistics.
• Manage contract changes and communicate specific requirements to Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Manufacturing departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline, specifically Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and strong skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Must be based in or be able to work in Shrewsbury, MA.

Nice to have

• Customer service or technical experience.
• Knowledge of MS PowerPoint.
